Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the daily operations of the Human Resources department. Your duties will span the entire employee lifecycle, including assisting with recruitment, managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, processing basic payroll/attendance compliance, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate communications with candidates.
2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, collecting background checks, and organizing orientation sessions.
- Create and maintain physical and digital employee files, ensuring all compliance documentation is complete.
- Facilitate the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance collection, and final settlement coordination.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries regarding company policies, leave balances, and benefits.
- Manage daily attendance, leave logs, and shift schedules to assist the payroll team.
- Keep HR databases up to date with accurate data regarding promotions, transfers, and terminations.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and festive celebrations.
- Help conduct employee feedback surveys and assist leadership in implementing workplace morale improvements.
- Assist in internal HR communications, such as company-wide announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (An MBA or post-graduate diploma in HR is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or executive role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS, ATS, or payroll software.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to practice empathy and professionalism.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strict commitment to confidentiality and data privacy.
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
