Role Title: Resort Butler
Location: Sajadpur Road, Bangalore
Work Hours: 9 hours per day (Shift-based; flexibility required during peak weekends or special events)
Preferred Experience: 5-Star Hotel or Luxury Resort background
We are seeking an attentive, polished, and guest-focused Resort Butler to manage guest relations and deliver personalized service at our premium resort clubhouse on Sajadpur Road, Bangalore.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing seamless hospitality, anticipating guest needs, managing clubhouse amenities, and ensuring that every member and resort guest experiences five-star standards of comfort, discretion, and care.
Guest Relations & Hospitality Management
Act as the primary point of contact for guests and members visiting the clubhouse, offering a warm welcome and personalized assistance.
Anticipate guest requirements, handle special requests, and resolve service queries promptly with poise and professionalism.
Maintain complete knowledge of resort amenities, dining menus, clubhouse activities, and local attractions to guide guests effectively.
F&B & Service Coordination
Oversee and deliver high-standard food and beverage service within the clubhouse lounges, private dining rooms, and executive spaces.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely, accurate, and refined meal presentation.
Ensure dining setups, seating arrangements, and service equipment are kept pristine and operational at all times.
Clubhouse Operations & Facility Oversight
Maintain continuous oversight of the clubhouse floor, ensuring spotless cleanliness, organization, and readiness across all guest areas.
Monitor ambient conditions (lighting, temperature, background music) to maintain an inviting, luxury atmosphere.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure immediate attention to facility upkeep.
Experience: 3–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private member club, or premium executive lounge.
Service Standards: Thorough understanding of high-end butler service protocols, guest etiquette, and fine dining operations.
Communication & Demeanor: Refined communication skills, strong interpersonal presence, and complete discretion.
Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with the ability to handle high-profile guests, multitask under pressure, and manage smooth daily operations.
