Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and excellent guest service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Support inventory management and daily reports.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Restaurant / Hospitality Industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Customer-service oriented and team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
