Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Economy Trainer to coach students preparing for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Indian Economy, Economic Development, Public Finance, Banking, Budgeting, and Current Economic Affairs, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Economics and Indian Economy.
- Teach topics including Economic Growth & Development, National Income, Inflation, Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy, Banking, Taxation, Budget, Public Finance, International Trade, and Economic Reforms.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Simplify complex economic concepts through practical examples and real-world applications.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students on answer writing, analytical thinking, and examination strategies.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and personalized mentoring.
- Stay updated with current economic developments, government policies, Union Budget, Economic Survey, RBI policies, and examination trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Economy, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Economic Policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or competitive examination coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to explain complex economic concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong analytical and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coaching students for UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, Banking, Railways, and other competitive examinations.
- Previous experience as an Economics Faculty or Competitive Exam Trainer.
- Ability to create examination-oriented study materials and practice tests.
- Strong understanding of Economic Survey, Union Budget, Government Schemes, and Current Economic Affairs.
