Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers through phone calls
- Explain products, services, and ongoing offers
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team
- Maintain customer records and follow-up updates
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confidence in customer interaction
- Previous telecalling experience is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
