We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand Anjion Learning’s reach by directly engaging with students, parents, colleges, and institutions. The role involves on-ground sales, lead generation, and driving admissions for our competitive exam coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, seminars, and direct outreach
- Visit colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to promote our courses
- Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions with students and parents
- Convert leads into paid admissions
- Organize and manage on-ground promotional activities, campaigns, and events
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional partners
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing and inside sales team for lead follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales / education sales / direct sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of competitive exams (SSC, IB, RBI, etc.) is a plus
