Job Title: Electrical Technician
Job Location: Khedshivapur
Department: Maintenance/Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues in machinery
- Panel Wiring & PLC wiring: Ensure all electrical work related to Panel wiring and Plc wiring
- Wire PLC panels according to I/O wiring diagrams.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, equipment tests, and inspections. DG sets, compressor, machinery repair Crain Maintance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. ITI -Electrical Technician certification or Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum [2-3] years of experience working as an electrical technician or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, controllers, circuit boards, and electrical panels. Proficient with electrical testing and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, oscilloscope).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively and efficiently.
- Safety Awareness: Familiarity with electrical safety standards and practices, such as lockout/tagout procedures.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members and report on maintenance tasks.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated machinery.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and software for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
