Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks.
- Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing schedules.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide variance reports.
- Support management with financial reports and business insights.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax basics.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Financial Reporting.
- MIS Reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions).
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Zoho Books (Preferred).
- QuickBooks (Added Advantage).
