Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Admission Counsellor who can guide students through the admission process and help them choose suitable courses/programs. The candidate should have good communication skills, counselling ability, and a professional approach toward students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain proper student records and admission data.
- Explain admission procedures and documentation requirements clearly.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Respond to queries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Team handling and coordination skills will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred in any stream .
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Edtech, Real Estate, Banking
