Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR / HR Executive to manage our end-to-end Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, statutory compliances, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, and policy implementation while ensuring alignment with ISO/QMS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection: Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end joining formalities, orientation, background verification, exit interviews, and full & final settlements (FnF).
- HR Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate employee files, personnel records, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- HRMS, Attendance & Payroll Management:
- Oversee attendance and leave management using HRMS/Attendance software.
- Process monthly payroll accurately using Tally Prime and HR software.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
- Performance Management (KRA / KPI): Coordinate and facilitate the annual/periodic performance appraisal process and track KRAs.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and track employee skill development.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Address employee queries, resolve grievances promptly, and foster a positive work culture.
- HR Policies & Procedures: Implement and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines.
- HR MIS & Reporting: Prepare regular HR MIS reports, analytical dashboards, and present insights to management.
- Quality Management (ISO/QMS): Assist in HR audits and ensure all HR processes comply with ISO / QMS quality management standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA / BBA), or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRMS / Attendance & Leave Software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally Prime.
- Strong working knowledge of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
- Certifications/Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO / QMS documentation is highly preferred.
