Salon Manager – Job Description
Position: Salon Manager
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Daily Salon Operations - Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of the salon.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer experience.
2. Appointment & Schedule Management - Manage client appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure maximum productivity and minimum waiting time.
3. Team Management & Performance - Supervise, guide, and motivate the salon team.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly targets and encourage the team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Conduct regular team briefings and maintain a positive work environment.
4. Customer Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Encourage repeat visits and client loyalty.
5. Google Reviews & Customer Feedback
- Motivate clients to leave positive Google reviews after their visit.
- Train and encourage staff to consistently request genuine Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Monitor online ratings and respond to customer feedback when required.
6. Upselling & Retail Sales - Recommend suitable salon services, memberships, and retail products based on client needs.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling while maintaining customer trust.
7. Inventory Management - Monitor stock levels of salon products and consumables.
- Place inventory orders on time to avoid shortages.
- Maintain inventory records and minimize wastage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
