HR Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
CTC Range: ₹5–7 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Induction: Manage the onboarding and induction processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Payroll Coordination: Handle payroll coordination and HR operations to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Communication: Improve employee communication and engagement through various initiatives and programs.
- Performance Management: Support performance management initiatives to enhance employee productivity and growth.
- HR Policies and Processes: Build and strengthen HR policies and processes to align with organizational goals.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure smooth management of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Talent Management: Support hiring and talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience in a relevant role.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll, attendance, HR operations, and employee engagement strategies.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions.
- Professional Inductions: Ability to conduct professional inductions and facilitate positive employee experiences.
- Process Orientation: Process-oriented with strong ownership and execution abilities.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
