About the Role
VIP CITY is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our team as Zonal Heads. This is a freelance, commission-only opportunity designed for individuals who excel in sales, networking, and team leadership. There is no fixed salary—the more you perform, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand sales operations within your assigned zone.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of sales associates and channel partners.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Drive plot bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Coordinate with the company team for documentation and booking processes.
- Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve business goals.
Eligibility
- Experience in real estate sales, insurance, banking, direct sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Own vehicle and smartphone preferred.
