We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor – Electrical to oversee the execution of Home Automation and Electrical projects. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, a willingness to learn automation technologies, and the ability to manage site activities efficiently. Freshers with good communication skills and strong electrical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of electrical and automation projects.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Coordinators, technicians, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, raise material requirements, and follow up with the procurement team/vendors to ensure timely availability of materials at site.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of products and materials to project sites.
- Track project progress and submit daily/weekly status reports.
- Resolve site-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain site documentation, work reports, and material records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
