Job Summary-
Martins Impex Private Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant – Interior Projects with extensive knowledge of interior fit-out projects, tendering, BOQ preparation, site verification, quantity estimation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and institutional interior projects.
The role requires regular site visits, coordination with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors, along with providing technical guidance from tender stage to project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Verification & Technical Inspection
- Conduct site inspections and site verification before project execution.
- Take accurate site measurements and verify architectural drawings.
- Identify site constraints and technical challenges.
- Prepare site survey reports and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with the design team for necessary revisions.
Tender Management
- Study and evaluate tender documents.
- Analyze BOQs, specifications, drawings, and contract conditions.
- Prepare tender queries and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with estimation and management teams during tender submissions.
- Identify commercial and technical risks.
BOQ & Quantity Verification
- Verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Cross-check measurements before project execution.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
- Recommend cost-effective alternatives where applicable.
Project Consultancy
- Provide technical guidance during project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC teams, and clients.
- Review shop drawings and production drawings.
- Assist in value engineering and material selection.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications.
Technical Coordination

Material & Quality Review
- Verify approved material specifications.
- Review samples and mock-ups.

Experience
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects & in tender also
- Proven experience in tendering, BOQ preparation, site verification, and project execution.
- Experience working with architects, consultants, and corporate clients will be preferred.

Office timings-10am-7pm & Monday fixed off & Sunday as working
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
