KCP Eco Energy is looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The candidate will assist various departments with documentation, data entry, file management, office coordination, and general administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for candidates who are disciplined, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Handle data entry, document scanning, printing, and filing activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, couriers, and office materials.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR-related documentation.
- Assist management with day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure office cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in office administration or assistant roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
