Legal Documentation & Drafting
- Draft, review, and vet:
- Sale Agreements
- Sale Deeds
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Lease Agreements
- Vendor Agreements
- Construction Agreements
- Legal Notices and Replies
- Power of Attorney documents
- Ensure all legal documents are accurate and legally compliant.
Land & Property Due Diligence
- Conduct detailed title verification and property due diligence.
- Examine:
- Mother deeds
- RTCs
- Khata documents
- Encumbrance Certificates
- Conversion orders
- Layout approvals
- Revenue records
- Identify legal risks related to land acquisition and project approvals.
Litigation & Court Matters
- Handle civil, criminal, consumer, and property-related litigation.
- Coordinate with external advocates and represent the company before:
- Courts
- RERA authorities
- Government departments
- Registration offices
- Prepare case summaries, legal opinions, and documentation for hearings.
Compliance & Regulatory Work
- Ensure compliance with:
- RERA regulations
- Property laws
- Company policies
- Local authority approvals
- Monitor legal updates and advise management on legal implications.
Coordination & Advisory
- Coordinate with:
- Sales Team
- CRM Team
- Liaisoning Team
- Engineering Department
- Government Authorities
- Provide legal guidance to management regarding disputes, approvals, and project risks.
Team Management
- Guide and supervise junior advocates and legal staff.
- Review legal files and monitor case progress.
- Maintain proper legal records and documentation systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
