- MBBS (Mandatory)
- Valid State Medical Council Registration
Experience:
- Freshers or experienced MBBS doctors are welcome to apply.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Duty Medical Officer (DMO) to manage patient care during the night shift. The doctor will be responsible for handling emergency cases, monitoring admitted patients, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring uninterrupted medical services throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and examine patients presenting during the night shift.
- Provide immediate medical care and stabilize emergency cases.
- Monitor admitted patients and respond promptly to any clinical changes.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialists whenever required.
- Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete medical documentation.
- Perform routine ward rounds during the shift.
- Ensure proper handover to the incoming medical team.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

- Ability to handle medical emergencies independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Sound knowledge of medical ethics and patient safety.
Salary
- Salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
