Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer role based in Hyderabad. The COO will oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring service delivery is efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and establishing performance metrics to drive productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. The role will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership on business planning, geographic expansion, and new service offerings, while ensuring effective coordination between operations, legal, advisory, and technology teams. The COO will also oversee budgeting and resource allocation, monitor financial performance, mitigate operational risk, and build a high-performing, accountable culture through coaching, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and strategic execution skills to drive growth, optimize branch performance, and support new market or service expansion.

Proven Operations Management experience, including process design, workflow optimization, KPI development, and cross-functional coordination.

Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, assess operational risks, and inform evidence-based decision-making.

Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities to manage P&L;, allocate resources effectively, and support sustainable profitability.

Leadership experience managing senior teams, with the ability to build inclusive, high-performing cultures and lead through change. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with experience working closely with legal, compliance, and technology partners.

Background in professional services, consulting, immigration, or related sectors is preferred, with familiarity in multi-location operations.
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage
