The selected candidates will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to generate leads, engage with customers, and support various promotional activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities
- Assist in lead generation through online and offline channels.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Marketing Activities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote company products and services across various platforms.
- Create and share marketing content for social media.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support branding and promotional activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Collect customer feedback and prepare reports.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/MBA/BBA/B.Com.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
