Sales & Marketing
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will represent the company as its professional ambassador, interact with prospective clients, explain our real estate projects and investment opportunities, conduct property presentations and site visits, and guide customers throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, corporate events, and business meetings.
- Present and explain the company's projects, property features, pricing, amenities, legal approvals, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Generate, nurture, and convert sales leads into successful bookings.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and business associates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using the company's CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth.
- Uphold the company's values, professionalism, and brand image at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 70–80% academic score ( Graduation preferred).
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills and experienced candidates (1–3 years) are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-centric mindset are essential.
- Must maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle will be an added advantage.
