Job Summary
Amend Dental Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operational performance of all branches. The ideal candidate should have a strong healthcare background with expertise in branch operations, team management, patient experience, and business performance.
Qualifications
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)
- MBA – Preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
- Experience managing multi-location healthcare, dental, hospital, or clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all Amend Dental Centre branches.
- Monitor branch performance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular branch visits and audits.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Doctors, and Department Heads
- Manage manpower planning, staff productivity, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements.
- Drive revenue growth and cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead training and development programs for operational teams.
