About the Job
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Personal Loan Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting customers, explaining personal loan products, and converting leads into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for personal loans through calling, references, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication until loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; experience in personal loan, banking, NBFC, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
