Position : Wax Machine Operator
Operate the Wax Lamination Machine safely and efficiently as per the production plan.
Set up the machine, including wax temperature, coating weight, web alignment, and machine parameters.
Achieve production targets set by management in terms of productivity, quality, wastage, and machine efficiency.
Ensure proper lamination quality by maintaining the required wax coating and bond strength.
Monitor the production process and inspect materials for coating defects, wrinkles, bubbles, contamination, and other visual defects.
Minimize material wastage during machine setup and production.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
· Identify and troubleshoot minor machine and process-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns.
· Maintain accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and production records.
· Follow approved SOPs, GMP, 5S, and all safety and quality standards.
· Coordinate with the Planning, Quality, Printing, Slitting, and Punching teams to ensure timely production.
· Support new product development (NPD) activities, including Paper Pasting, Glass Seal Coating, Edge Product Development, and trial production.
· Ensure optimum machine utilization and reduce downtime.
· Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
· Be willing to work in day, night, and rotational shifts as per production requirements.
Experience : ITI Fresher or SSC With 01 to 5 Year Experience
