About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner based in Bengaluru to help expand our client network.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, pitching MojoPX's services, and converting opportunities into successful projects.
You focus on acquiring clients—we handle project execution, design, development, and delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building business relationships, and earning through performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify businesses that require design, branding, or web development services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, business communities, cold outreach, and other channels.
- Build relationships with startups, SMEs, agencies, and enterprises across Bengaluru.
- Understand client requirements and introduce MojoPX's services.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our team.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in closing new business.
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Agency Sales, or Digital Services Sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Existing connections within Bengaluru's startup or business ecosystem are an added advantage.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.
