Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Intern who wants hands-on exposure to real B2B sales in a startup environment.
This internship is designed for individuals who want to learn:
- Lead generation strategies
- Client communication and pitching
- Sales pipeline management
- Negotiation fundamentals
- Closing techniques
If you want practical exposure to how startups generate revenue and build client relationships, this role is for you.
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Any 5 days in a week.
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Mode: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads and target businesses.
- Assist in outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Support in qualifying leads and understanding client requirements.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking sheets.
- Assist in preparing sales decks and proposals.
- Participate in client calls and observe negotiation processes.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate or final-year student (BBA, MBA, BCom, or related fields preferred).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to commit seriously for 3 months.
