Design Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop PLC control panels and automation systems.
Prepare electrical schematics, control panel drawings, and GA drawings.
Selection of PLC, HMI, VFD, and other automation components.
Develop I/O list, cable schedule, and BOM.
Coordinate with clients for technical discussions and requirement gathering.
Support site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Prepare technical documentation and as-built drawings.
Experience in Siemens (S7-1200 / S7-1500 / S7-400) PLC.
Knowledge of WinCC / SCADA systems.
Experience in AutoCAD / EPLAN for panel drawing.
Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
Knowledge of VFD and instrumentation integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Experience
8–10 years of relevant experience in Designing is preferred.
