Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor interior projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
- Track project progress and resolve execution challenges efficiently
- Communicate project updates with clients and internal teams
- Ensure timely procurement and material coordination
- Oversee final inspections and project handovers
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Project Management or Execution
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Knowledge of project planning, site execution, and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is an advantage
