Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, running discovery calls, presenting solutions, and closing new business. The role involves building and maintaining a strong pipeline, executing targeted outreach campaigns, and documenting all activities in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate with founders and client teams to refine ICPs, messaging, and GTM experiments, and will provide consistent feedback from the field to inform product and positioning. The role also includes preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and reporting on key metrics such as conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technology-focused environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills, including cold outreach, lead qualification, and consultative discovery.
- Ability to run structured sales conversations, deliver compelling product or solution demos, and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Comfort with sales tools and CRMs, along with data-driven decision-making and basic pipeline and forecasting analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- High degree of ownership, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced, founder-led or early-stage environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience working with startup or SaaS teams, and familiarity with GTM concepts such as ICP, positioning, and outbound motion, is a strong plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
