Our Sales Team is dedicated to building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering the right products and solutions. The team focuses on achieving sales targets through excellent communication, market knowledge, and exceptional customer service while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Promote banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, insurance, and fixed deposits.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and applicable terms.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives when required.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of applications and documentation.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or banking sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
