Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation (as applicable).
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Manage vendor communications and service contracts.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
- Manage filing systems and company records.
- Support HR with onboarding documentation and employee administration.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
