Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers over the phone, and convert inquiries into successful sales while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound sales inquiries.
- Explain products and services effectively to prospective customers.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update call logs, lead status, and customer information in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel is preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
