Job Summary:
The F&B Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards throughout the dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order delivery.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints courteously.
Process bills and collect payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Support the team during busy hours and ensure a smooth dining experience.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
