Production Engineer – Fresher
Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Engineer Fresher to support manufacturing and production operations. The candidate will assist in improving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, reducing downtime, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and machine performance
- Assist in planning and scheduling production processes
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Support troubleshooting of production and equipment issues
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Follow quality control and safety procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
- Help implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of production planning and quality control
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 6 Months to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly plant, or machine assembly industry.
Academic Requirements:
· 12th Grade: 80%
· 10th Grade: 80%
· College CGPA: 8.0
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
