Hiring: Engineer – QA/QC

We are looking for a detail-oriented Engineer – QA/QC to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project activities, materials, and workmanship comply with quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems at project sites.
- Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements before execution.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality reports.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients for quality inspections and approvals.
- Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor testing and commissioning activities as per quality requirements.
- Support internal and external quality audits and maintain proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC within Construction, Infrastructure, or MEP Projects.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent inspection, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
