Job Summary:
White Warbler Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing Digital Marketing and Branding company based in Pune. We are looking for a confident and presentable Client Servicing Executive who can manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of branding and digital marketing projects.
This role is ideal for freshers or early professionals in Mass Communication and Journalism who want to build a career in digital marketing, branding, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Understand client requirements and communicate clear briefs to internal teams
- Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, and production teams
- Monitor digital marketing campaigns and branding projects
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution of projects
- Prepare presentations, project reports, and timelines for clients
- Handle client follow-ups, approvals, and documentation
- Support branding, packaging design, and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Freshers can apply with strong communication skills
- Graduation in Mass Communication and Journalism (preferred)
- Good understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts
- Presentable personality and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
