Job Responsibilities
Candidates must have minimum 1+ years experience in IT Recruitment.
Review and understand technical job requirements.
Should have end to end Experience in the recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Interview).
Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social Networking and consulting services.
Shortlisting, lineup, followup and update of feedback.
Coordinating with Panel, Salary Negotiation and convincing Skills.
Should be experienced in permanent staffing.
Coordinating with colleges / training placement agencies for the campus drives.
Should have knowledge in IT Skills.
Good communication in English.
