Job Summary:
The Front Office Executive is the face of the hotel, responsible for delivering excellent guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room reservations through phone, email, and online platforms
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Maintain guest records and update hotel management systems
- Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Upsell hotel services and promote offers to guests
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management or any relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations (freshers can be considered)
- Strong communication skills in English and regional language
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, PMS software)
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
