What We’re Looking For:18+ years of technical leadership experience (C-suite or VP level preferred).
Proven track record in Digital Transformation and scaling enterprise-grade architectures.
Strong experience in BPO / Contact Center technology Expertise in cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity
Strong business acumen—you can speak "boardroom" as fluently as you speak "code."
