About the Role
Dehliz Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee all core human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee management, recruitment, leave administration, and ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting the company's growth in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, operations, and corporate positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
2. Employee Management
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Foster a positive work culture and improve employee engagement.
3. Leave & Attendance Management
- Manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company leave policies.
- Prepare attendance reports and coordinate with payroll as required.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
5. Performance & Employee Development
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Assist management in implementing employee retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, leave management, and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
