Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage manpower, and ensure smooth production operations with quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and shop floor activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Manage workers and maintain production discipline.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Reduce production downtime and material wastage.
- Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Follow safety and company production procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team handling ability.
- Knowledge of production processes and machine operations.
- Problem-solving and production planning skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- 2 to 4 years experience in Production Supervision preferred.
