We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant Cum Sales Executive to support daily office operations while assisting with sales activities and customer coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to manage administrative as well as client-facing responsibilities efficiently.
Sales Responsibilities
- Attend customer inquiries through phone & email.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Prepare quotations and sales reports
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders and payments
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Office Administration
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials as per customer orders received.
- Follow up with the warehouse regarding order preparation, packing, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure accurate delivery of products according to customer requirements and timelines.
- Communicate with logistics and transport vendors for smooth material delivery.
- Monitor order status and update customers regarding dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Prepare delivery-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch details.
- Assist in inventory coordination and stock movement updates with the warehouse team.
- Maintain records of dispatched materials and pending deliveries.
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 2–3 Years
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
