Internship Description
We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer Intern who wants hands-on experience in real-world infrastructure and server management. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to strengthen their practical skills in continuous integration, deployment automation, and cloud environments while building a strong technical portfolio.
You will work closely with our development team and gain exposure to live projects, CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and professional workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, or Google Cloud)
- Work with CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) to automate application deployment
- Support containerization and environment consistency using Docker
- Write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python) to automate routine server and infrastructure tasks
- Help troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize server performance, and monitor application health
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure smooth code integration and delivery
- Learn best practices in cloud security, server administration, and infrastructure scaling
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and command-line operations
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, DNS, and web servers (Nginx/Apache)
- Strong familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Basic scripting skills (Bash, Shell, or Python)
- Theoretical understanding or basic exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (Docker) is a plus
- Willingness to learn, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve continuously
