Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Specialist – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with strong expertise in Saviynt development and deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering enterprise Identity Governance programs and designing secure identity solutions for complex enterprise environments.
In this role, you will work with global clients to modernize identity ecosystems, streamline access governance, and support digital transformation initiatives involving cloud platforms, mergers & acquisitions, and enterprise identity architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and support Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Lead and deliver enterprise Identity Governance implementation projects.
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable identity governance solutions.
- Configure and integrate identity sources, applications, and authoritative systems.
- Implement identity lifecycle management, provisioning, certification, and access governance processes.
- Integrate enterprise directories and identity providers with Saviynt.
- Support cloud identity governance initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Build and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and access models.
- Participate in mergers, acquisitions, and identity migration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize Saviynt configurations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure identity management.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of strong hands-on Saviynt development and deployment experience.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Identity Governance (IGA) implementations.

- Good knowledge of directory services and Microsoft Entra Identity Governance.
- Experience integrating systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP Fieldglass.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud identity governance for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of Just-In-Time (JIT) access and Privileged Access concepts.
- Experience handling identity architecture during mergers and acquisitions.
- Knowledge of Third-Party Access Management and related governance controls.
- Exposure to other IAM/IGA platforms such as:
- SailPoint
- Omada
- One Identity
- Microsoft Entra
- Okta
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security, Identity Management, and Access Governance principles.
