Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Telecalling or Telemarketing Executive (Females Only)
Location: Corporate Office, Boon IVF Fertility Center, Beside KLAY Pre School, Manikonda
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Patient Calls
- Answer patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services, appointment availability, and consultation options
- Make outbound calls to potential patients from various sources to introduce them to our clinic's services and benefits.
Patient Engagement and Persuasion
- Effectively communicate the advantages of our clinic to encourage new patients to schedule appointments.
- Build rapport with prospective patients, addressing any concerns and highlighting the clinic’s expertise.
Appointment Coordination
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments over the phone and coordinate with the patient relations team as required.
- Provide patients with clear information on what to expect during their visit and any necessary preparation.
Follow-Up and Reminders
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients who have shown interest or previously inquired about services.
- Remind patients of upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
Promotional Communication:
- Inform patients about new services, promotional offers, and packages.
- Support marketing campaigns by reaching out to potential patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in fertility sector
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using telecommunication systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
