Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Node.js Developer with 3–4 years of experience to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing RESTful APIs, integrating databases, and collaborating with frontend developers to deliver seamless web applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Node.js.
* Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
* Integrate databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
* Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless application integration.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend application issues.
* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
* Participate in code reviews and maintain proper technical documentation.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Required Skills
* 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
* Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
* Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
* Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
* Understanding of authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
* Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Relevant backend development certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
* Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as React.js or Angular.
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency or software development environment.
