Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience who has hands-on knowledge of design tools, AI-based image generation platforms, and modern AI tools (excluding ChatGPT & Gemini). The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a good sense of design, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics and visuals for digital platforms including social media, website, blogs, banners, emailers, and ads.
- Create product visualizations, mood boards, and layout designs as per brand guidelines.
- Use AI-based image generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) to generate unique creative assets.
- Adapt creatives quickly based on feedback and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with AI tools (other than ChatGPT & Gemini) that can assist with graphic workflows.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team for visual storytelling.
Skills & Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with AI image generation tools like MidJourney, Firefly, or others.
- Exposure to AI tools for automation or design assistance (e.g., Canva AI, Remove.bg, Runway ML, Looka, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for design trends.
Important Note:
Please do not apply if you are expecting a higher salary or plan to negotiate – our budget for this role is strictly fixed between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 (in-hand). We are looking for dedicated individuals who understand and respect this condition.
