About the brand
The Drip Secrets is a Kolkata-based premium attar and lifestyle brand crafting alcohol-free fragrances for the modern Indian consumer. We are expanding our retail footprint across the city and this role is central to that growth — you will be the person who puts TDS products on shop shelves.
What this role is about
You will identify and approach retail stores — gift shops, lifestyle stores, general stores, salons, clothing boutiques — and convince the owner to stock and sell The Drip Secrets products. Once a store agrees, you coordinate the first stock handover and stay in touch for repeat orders. Think of yourself as TDS's retail growth engine in Kolkata.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Scout and identify stores - Map retail shops in your assigned zones — note store type, footfall, and owner contact
- Visit and pitch - Walk in, introduce the brand, show product samples and the wholesale rate card
- Handle objections and follow up - Many owners need 2–3 visits. You track interest and revisit at the right time
- Close the deal - Confirm terms, collect the first order, and coordinate stock delivery with the TDS team
- Report and log - Submit a daily visit log — stores visited, responses, follow-up dates, and deals closed
Compensation structure
- ₹100 – ₹150 - Fixed daily field allowance — paid for every day you go out and submit your visit log
- How earnings add up - If you visit stores 5 days/week and close 4 deals a month at ₹2,000 each order value — you earn ₹2,000–3,000 in allowance + ₹800 in commission = ₹2,800–3,800/month for ~20 hrs of work. Close bigger or more deals, earn proportionally more.
- Repeat order bonus - If a store you onboarded reorders within 60 days, you earn an additional 5% on that reorder — you benefit from the relationship you built.

Who we are looking for
- Confident walking into shops and starting a business conversation with an unknown owner
- Fluent in Bengali and/or Hindi — most store owners communicate in local language
- Able to travel independently across Kolkata by public transport or two-wheeler
- Disciplined with daily reporting — you log every visit whether or not a deal was closed
- Interest in fragrances, lifestyle products, or retail is a strong plus
- Prior experience in B2B field sales, FMCG distribution, or retail is preferred — but we train the right candidate
- Minimum qualification: class 10 pass or equivalent
Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹150.00 per day
