Job Description
Ganesh Corporation is looking for skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our team at our client site in Kadodara, Surat, Gujarat.
The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, ensuring accurate production as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Perform machine setting, tool changing and basic offset corrections.
- Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining processes and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Identify machining defects and take corrective action.
- Maintain proper production and inspection records.
- Follow company safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report machine issues to the supervisor.
- Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Practical knowledge of CNC machining operations.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical/engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds and machine offsets.
- Good understanding of workplace safety.
Preferred Experience
Experience in operating CNC Turning, CNC VMC, HMC, CNC Boring or similar CNC machines will be an advantage.
