Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented freshers to join our Campus Hiring and University Relations team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with colleges and universities, conducting cold calls, scheduling meetings, and visiting institutions to establish recruitment and training partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Identify colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate prospects for partnerships.
- Maintain and update lead databases regularly.
- Track and follow up on prospective clients and institutional contacts.
Cold Calling & Client Outreach
- Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily to colleges, universities, HR professionals, and corporate clients.
- Introduce company services and create interest among potential partners.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and campus engagement activities.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain call records, follow-up schedules, and conversion reports.
University Relations
- Build strong relationships with placement officers, faculty members, and university management.
- Coordinate campus hiring drives, seminars, workshops, and placement activities.
- Represent the company during institutional meetings and events.
- Ensure smooth communication between universities and the organization.
Field Visits & Meetings
- Visit colleges, universities, and client locations to establish business relationships.
- Conduct presentations and explain company offerings.
- Support partnership discussions and onboarding processes.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information during visits.
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
